If you looking for something new and different to take your family to this holiday season then look no further. The brand new Christmas Nights of Lights at the Indiana State Fairgrounds opened November 8th with over 1 million synchronized twinkling lights.
Stay warm in the comfort of your own vehicle as you drive through 2 miles of synchronized light displays. Experience this amazing light show by tuning your car stereo to the FM station and singing along to rocking and traditional Christmas music. This one of a kind event is Indy’s largest synchronized light show. Your family and friends will be in awe at the larger-than-life displays of trees, snowman, nutcrackers, and tunnels of dancing lights plus much more.
ADMISSIONS
Admission is $7 a person and children 3 & under are free. If you have a family of 5 or more, then take advantage of the deal per car load up to 9 passengers for only $30. Group rates are available for larger parties from 10 to 35+ passengers. Cash and all major credit cards were accepted at the gate.
DATES & TIMES
The Show will be begin nightly at dusk until 10pm with extended hours on the weekends. Opening November 8 through New Year’s Day including holidays. It will operate in rain, shine, or snow. When you arrive, please enter the fairgrounds at gate 12.
TIPS
- Avoid the crowds by going on a weekday or after 9 pm on the weekends.
- All the vehicles in line at time of closing will be allowed to enter.
- Stop and pick up hot cocoa and bring snacks for the kids and you.
- Visit the portable toilets at the entrance of the show
- Plan on it taking a good 25-30 minutes to drive through to the end
- Make sure you know how to turn off your headlights before you go in
