Come cheer on your favorite local basketball team and bring the whole family. We recently attended our first Mad Ants game at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum and everyone had a blast. Our boys really love basketball and my husband actually coaches their little league team. It was the perfect opportunity to have them experience an official game and enjoy time together.
NBA G League
You are probably wondering what is the G League? It is NBA’s official minor league that currently consists of 28 teams. Each one of the teams is an affiliate to one NBA franchise. The Mad Ants is the affiliate of the Pacers and recently changed their look to blue-and-gold to match. The NBA G league is utilized to prepare the players, coaches, officials, trainers, and front office staff for the NBA. What this means for us is that we have the opportunity to watch elite professional basketball at an affordable price for the whole family.
Pizza Hut Family Night
Several times during the 2019-2020 season, the Mad Ants offered a Pizza Hut Family Night. We went during one of these games and came home with so much swag. We each got a baseball cap, winter hat, voucher for 3-topping Pizza Hut pizza, and a gold t-shirt at our seats. We were all excited to wear ours and support the team. Kid’s Zone
I will admit that we questioned if the boys would sit the whole game and then we saw the answer. The Mad Ants offer a kid’s zone during the game with all types of fun activities. Admission to the kid’s zone is only $5. There is a bouncy house, tic-tac-toe ball toss, photo booth, and dual shot basketball game. We spent the entire second half here and even met the mascot, Mad Ant!
Kids Club
The Fort Wayne Mad Ants offer a kids club for just $50. We will have to look into this next season for the boys.
The kids club includes:

- Fast pass for postgame layups and autographs
